Can i cancel a treatment?
We require 24hours notice for cancellations. For appointments over 1 hour, we take a 50% deposit.

I find waxing painful, is there anything i can do to prevent this?
At Heaven we perform Permanent Hair Reduction using Intense Pulsed Light (IPL). Â Between 80-90% Hair Reduction after a course of about 6-12 treatments. Â A full consultation is needed and is free of charge.
