| Q: | How will I know which treatments are most suitable for me? |
| A: | At Heaven all of our highly trained therapists will be more than happy to guide you through which treatments are most suitable for your individual needs. Feel free to pop in for a chat or call the salon at any time. |
| Q: | Can I cancel a treatment? |
| A: | For treatments over one hour we take a £20
deposit. This is refundable where 24hrs notice of cancellation is
given. We also ask that on all appointments 24hrs cancellation notice is given where possible. |
| Q: | I am feeling nervous about having treatments carried out by strangers. How can I overcome this? |
| A: | At Heaven we understand that it can be daunting to come in and have a treatment carried out by a stranger. All of our therapists are highly trained to make you feel at ease and answer any questions or queries you may have. Therapists are also here to become your friend, building up a relationship with one particular therapist is also a great way to overcome any worries. |
| Q: | Do I need to prepare myself in any way before having any treatments? |
| A: | Some of our treatments require a little home preparation beforehand, such as with the spray tan a home exfoliation is recommended. However, on booking you will be given all details with regards to the treatment. |

| Q: | What should I wear when I'm having a Brazillian
or Hollywood bikini wax? |
| A: | Clients are advised to wear thongs or very high cut underwear. |

| Q: | I find waxing painful, is there anything I can
do to to prevent this? |
| A: | Yes there is! We have a new product called
No Scream Cream. This is applied forty minutes prior to waxing by the client at home and makes waxing pain free. No Scream Cream is now available to buy in the salon. |

| Q: | Do Heaven sell gift vouchers? |
| A: | Yes, we sell Heaven Beauty gift vouchers. Supplied in their own special gift card. |
| Q: | Is it possible to get evening appointments? |
| A: | Our opening hours are: Mon: 9am - 8pm Tues: 9am - 8pm Wed: 9am - 8pm Thurs: 9am - 8pm Fri: 9am - 7pm Sat: 9am - 4pm Sun: 12pm - 6pm Our evening appointments tend to fill up quickly, so booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment. |

| A: | We have a range of discounted courses available
for our more advanced treatments such as our electrical facials, IPL
treatments and slimming treatments. We also offer a 10% student discount (15% on production of a snap fax), a 15% senior citizen discount on Tuesday and Wednesday as well as running regular promotions.Ask at reception for details of our latest special offer. We also run a successful loyalty scheme where you receive loyalty points for treatments and products. A full loyalty card then entitles you to £10 off any treatment. |
